Baptism of Szymon Sobieraj (1809)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Szymon Sobieraj, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Szóstka, 1809

On the 28th of October, 1809, at 12 p.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Broniewo, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Broniewo, Radziejów County, Bydgoszcz Department, Jakób Sobieraj appeared, aged 31, a villager residing in Szośtka, and presented Us a male child, which was born in his home, on the 22nd of October, 1809, at 7 p.m., to his lawful wife Marianna nee Gracz, aged 26. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Szymon Marcin. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Roch Siewierski, aged 43, an organist at the Broniewo Parish; and Walenty Siadzieński?, aged 60, a farm owner residing in Skotniki. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
