Baptism of Infant Sobieraj (1815)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of an infant of Jakób Sobieraj, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Szóstka, 1815

On the 12th of June, 1815, at 10 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Broniewo, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Broniewo, Radziejów County, Bydgoszcz Department, Jakób Sobieraj appeared, aged 40, residing in Szóstka, and presented Us a male child, which was born in his home, on the 7th of June, 1815, at 11 a.m., to his lawful wife Marianna nee Gracz, aged 28. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was not given a name. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Roch Siewierski, aged 46, an organist at the Broniewo Parish; and Mikołaj Chmielewski, aged 72, a farmer residing in Broniewo. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
