Marriage of Wojciech Karpik and Julianna Myszkowska (1852)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Wojciech Karpik and Julianna Myszkowska, from the Bądkowo parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Bądkowo, No 7, 1852
This happened in the village of Bądkowo on the 22nd of May, 1852, at 7 a.m. We declare, that in the presence of witnesses Jakób Kuczyński, aged 42, an innkeeper, and Paweł Janowicz, aged 24, an elementary teacher, both are residents in the village of Bądkowo, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Wojciech Karpik, aged 37, a widower, a steward residing in the village of Bądkowo, his previous wife Franciszka Karpik nee Rutkowska died on the 24th of April, 1852 – in the village of Bądkowo, he was born in Służewo, the son of the late couple Maciej and Agnieszka Karpik nee Wiśniewska,
and Julianna Myszkowska, aged 25, a worker residing in the village of Bądkowo, the daughter of Michał and Marianna Myszkowski nee Bukowska, born in the village of Osięciny.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Bądkowo Parish Church, on the 2nd, 9th, and 16th of May, 1852. The newlyweds stated that no martial agreement was made between them. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
