Marriage of Mikołaj Skicz and Elżbieta Graczyk nee Żywica (1869)

This is my translation of the Russian language marriage record of Mikołaj Skicz and Elżbieta Graczyk nee Żywica, from the Bądkowo parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Kujawka and Słupy, No 21, 1869
This happened in the village of Bądkowo on the 7th/19th of November, 1869, at 4 p.m. We declare, that in the presence of: Jan Grzanka, aged 30, a farm owner residing in Kujawka, and Antoni Grzanka, aged 27, a farm owner residing in Słupy, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Mikołaj Skicz, aged 43, a widower, his previous wife Łucia nee Górska died in the village of Kujawka,
and Elżbieta Graczyk nee Żywica, aged 43, a widow, her previous husband Jan Graczyk died in the village of Słupy, she resides in Słupy.
The wedding was preceded by one reading of the banns, at the Bądkowo Parish church on the 30th of October, the 7th and 14th of November, 1869. Oral consent was given by the families who were present for the wedding and no impediments arose. No prenuptial agreement was made by the newlyweds. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
