This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Wojciech Karpik, from the Bądkowo Parish.
Bądkowo, No. 48, 1873
This occurred in the village of Bądkowo, on the 5th/17th of April, 1873, at 8 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Mateusz Mendel, aged 30, residing in Kolonia Łowiczek, and Mateusz Tobolski, aged 31, residing in Bądkowo, and stated that on the 1st/13th of April, 1873, at 10 a.m., Wojciech Karpik, aged 54, died. He leaves behind his wife Julianna and the following children: Marcin, Marianna, and Małgorzata. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Wojciech Karpik, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
