Łowiczek,
On the 23rd of May, 1822, I, Rev. Walenty Mazurkiewicz, Pastor of the Łowiczek Parish, baptized the infant named Zofia. She was born on the 22nd of May, 1822, to her parents Maciej and Agnieszka Karpik nee Wiśniewska. The Godparents were: Wawrzyniec Araszewski and Julianna Błaszak.
This record was extracted on the 30th, of May, 1846, in the village of Łowiczek.
