Week 7 – Polish Class
Hello,
This week’s Polish Class was a rough one. I felt that I wasn’t on my “A” game. Things that I should have known, I forgot… just a bad week. I will look at this week as a bump in road and part of the learning process.
As a class, we reviewed identifying and using verbs, learned family names (father, mother…), and grammatical and communicative commentary. Specifically, we learned the accusative singular of nouns, and modifiers, along with the accusative of personal pronouns.
Every week before leaving class, Professor Mikoś requires each student to state a “good” Polish sentence. “Good” means grammatically correct. This week my sentence was “Lubię pić dobre polske piwo” or in English: I like to drink good Polish beer…..Cheers!!
Best Regards,
Al
