Week 6 – Polish Class
Hello,
Unfortunately, due to illness, I was unable to attend Polish Class last week. Among the lessons that I missed, were counting to twenty and various greetings.
I will summarize a couple of the lessons that the class learned this week. We learned how to congregate and recognize types of verbs, which include -a-, -e-, and -i- types. An -a- verb type would be być (to be), an -e- type would be studiować (to study), and an -i- type would be kupić (to buy). Also, the class learned how to count to 100.
Professor Mikoś is starting to pick up the pace, so the trick will be merging all of the lessons into coherent speech. Polish II will likely be offered in September. I will definitely sign up and continue on with the next Polish class. More to learn….
Best Regards,
Al
