This is my translation of the English language death record of Paweł (Paul) Kobs, from the St. Josaphat’s Parish – Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Any errors are completely my own.

Milwaukee, 1912, No. 27,

On the 24th of February, 1912, I, Rev. Zbrig.?, Pastor of the St. Josaphat’s Parish, officiated at the funeral of Paweł Kobs, aged 64. He died on the 20th of February, 1912. He was buried in the Polish Union cemetery.
