This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Paweł Kobs, from the St. Stanislaus Parish – Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Any errors are completely my own.

Milwaukee, 1880, No. 121,

On April 26th, 1880, I, Rev. Górski, Pastor of the St. Stanislaus Parish, baptized the infant named Paweł. The parents were: Paweł and Rozalia Kobs nee Grochowska, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 25th of April, 1880. The Godparents were: F. Kochler and Otylia Małek.
