This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Mateusz Kujawa, from the Sypniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Sypniewo, 1740,

On September 4th, 1740, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sypniewo Parish, baptized the infant named Mateusz. The parents were: Stanisław and Agnieszka Kujawa nee Kars, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jakub Borzych and Ewa Kiczka, both from Sypniewo.
