This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jadwiga Jędrzeiek, from the Sypniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Sypniewo, 1769,

On October 1st, 1769, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sypniewo Parish, baptized the infant named Jadwiga. The child was born on the 29th of September, 1769. The parents were: Wojciech and Marianna Jędrzeiek nee Białczyk, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Szymon Żarek and Elżbieta Bednarczak, both from Sypniewo.
