This is my translation of the Latin language Death record of Paweł Kujawa, from the Sypniewo Parish.

Sypniewo, No. 6, 1783

On the 25th of January, 1783, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sypniewo Parish, officiated at the funeral of Paweł Kujawa, an infant. The child died on January 24th, 1783. The parents were: Walenty and Ewa Kujawa nee Borzych, colonists.
