Milwaukee Kashub-American Heritage Article

Here are some points to keep in mind while reading the article:

• The Kashubian region of Poland stretches to the south, all the way to Chojnice. 
• The southern area of the Kashubian region of Poland is mostly farm land and many lakes.
• Many of Milwaukee’s Kashubs came from the southern area of Poland and resided in Milwaukee on the far south side and the east side. 
• Other Kashubian immigrants settled in the Stevens Point area of Wisconsin; Pulaski, Wisconsin; Wiona, Minnesota; among other places….
