This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Augustyn Kobs, from the St. Stanislaus Parish – Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Any errors are completely my own.

Milwaukee, 1886, No. 361,

On November 14th, 1886, I, Rev. Górski, Pastor of the St. Stanislaus Parish, baptized the infant named Augustyn. The parents were: Paweł and Rozalia Kobs nee Grochowska, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 13th of November, 1886. The Godparents were: Józef Ignowski and Matylda Małek.
