This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Elżbieta Kujawa, from the Sypniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Sypniewo, 1786, No. 4,

On November 12th, 1786, I, Rev. Mateusz Centkowski, Pastor of the Sypniewo Parish, baptized the infant named Elżbieta. The child was born on the 7th of November, 1786, at 4 a.m. The parents were: Walenty, a colonist, and Ewa Kujawa nee Borzych, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jakub Burchart, a laborer, and Dorota Fifielska, a colonist in Sypniewo.
