Death of Magdalena Cieślakiewicz (1844)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Magdalena Cieślakiewicz nee Brożek, from the Straszewo Parish.

Zakrzewo, No. 13, 1844

This occurred in the village of Straszewo, on the 11th of April, 1844, at 6 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Wawrzyniec Cieślakiewicz, aged 46, and Walenty Cieślakiewicz, aged 36, both are laborers residing in Zakrzewo, and stated that in the village of Zakrzewo, on the 8th of April, 1844, at 12 a.m., Magdalena Cieślakiewicz nee Brożek, aged 80, died. She was the widow of the deceased Mateusz Cieślakiewicz. She was the daughter of the deceased couple Franciszek and Zofia Brożek. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Magdalena Cieślakiewicz, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
