This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Tomasz Brożek, from the Chlewiska Parish.

Chrostowo, 1803

On December 11th, 1803, I, Rev. Antoni Rojewski, Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish, baptized the infant named Tomasz. The child was born on December 7th, 1803. The parents were: Franciszek and Zofia Brożek, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Mateusz Klocek and Elżbieta Steńczak.
