This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Anna Brożek, from the Chlewiska Parish.

Chrostowo, 1790

On July 25th, 1790, I, Rev., Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish, baptized the infant named Anna. The child was born on July 20th, 1790, at 10 p.m. The parents were: Franciszek and Zofia Brożek, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Stanisław Klocek and Cecelia Brożek, both from Chrostowo.
