This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Tomasz Brożek, from the Chlewiska Parish.

Chrostowo, 1787

On December 23rd, 1787, I, Rev., Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish, baptized the infant named Tomasz. The child was born on December 18th, 1787, at 2 p.m. The parents were: Franciszek and Zofia Brożek, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Mateusz Sobota, single, and Cecelia Brożek, both from Chrostowo.
