This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Maciej Skonieczny, from the Chlewiska Parish.

Chrostowo, 1779

On September 5th, 1779, I, Rev. Adam Szymlik, Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish, baptized the infant named Maciej. The parents were: Wojciech and Justina Skonieczny, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Andrzej Wojdylak, from Wola Bachorna, and Franciszka Niedzielska, from Zakrzewo.
