This is my translation of the Polish language Death record of Szymon Skonieczny, from the Chlewiska Parish.

Walentynowo, No. 8, 1868

On the 19th of April, 1868, Szymon Skonieczny, aged 52, a guard, died. His death was reported by Jakub Klocek, who was a relation. He leaves behind his wife Franciszka nee Gąsionewska, and the following children: Marianna, aged 25, and Michał, aged 23.
