On November 29th, 1808, I, Rev. Antoni Rojewski, Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish, baptized the infant named Franciszek. The parents were: Andrzej and Apolonia Wojdyła, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jakub Dziedzic and Małgorzata Boruszewska.
