This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Antonina Wojdyła, from the Chlewiska Parish.

Chrostowo, 1805

On June 2nd, 1805, I, Rev. Antoni Rojewski, Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish, baptized the infant named Antonina. The child was born on the 26th of May, 1805. The parents were: Andrzej and Apolonia Wojdyła, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Antoni Jabłowicz, from Seroczki, and Krystyna Gorska, from Zakrzewo.
