This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Kazimierz Wojdyła, from the Chlewiska Parish.

Chrustowo, 1803

On March 8th, 1803, I, Rev. Antoni Rojewski, Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish, baptized the infant named Kazimierz. The child was born on the 4th of March, 1803. The parents were: Andrzej and Marianna (should be listed as Apolonia) Wojdyła, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jakub Szuszmaniak and Helena Lewandowska.
