This is my translation of the Latin language death record of Franciszka Wojdyła, from the Chlewiska Parish.

Chrostowo, 1800

On March 20th, 1800, the child Franciszka, aged 4 weeks old, died. The parents were: Andrzej and Apolonia Wojdyła, the legally married couple. The child was buried in the parish cemetery on March 28th, 1800.
