This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Łukasz Wojdyła, from the Chlewiska Parish.

Chrustowo, 1791

On October 18th, 1791, I, Rev. Antoni Rojewski, Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish, baptized the infant named Łukasz. The parents were: Andrzej and Małgorzata Wojdyła, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jakub Szuszmaniak and Zofia Klocek, from Chrustowo.
