Death of Mateusz Kolenda (1835)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Mateusz Kolenda, from the Bytoń parish.

Świesz, No. 21, 1835

This occurred in the village of Bytoń, on the 28th of November, 1835, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Grzegorz Piasecki, aged 40, and Marcin Stramiński, aged 30, both are Catholic, laborers, and reside in Świesz, and stated that on the 26th of November, 1835, at 9 a.m., Mateusz Kolenda, aged 46, died. He was a laborer residing in Świesz. His parents and place of birth are unknown. He leaves behind his wife Magdalena. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Mateusz Kolenda, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
