This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Marcin Kolenda, from the Kaczewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Czarnotka, 1790,

On November 6th, 1790, I, Rev. Bartłomiej Beliński, Pastor of the Kaczewo Parish, baptized the infant named Marcin. The child was born on the 1st of November, 1790. The parents were: Mateusz and Małgorzata Kulęda, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Walenty Matuszak and Rozalia Florian. The child died and was buried on November 7th, 1790.
