This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Helena Kolenda, from the Kaczewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Czarnotka, 1792,

On March 2nd, 1792, I, Rev. Bartłomiej Beliński, Pastor of the Kaczewo Parish, baptized the infant named Helena. The child was born on the 28th of February, 1792. The parents were: Mateusz and Małgorzata Kulęda, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jakub Brzeziński and Rozalia Florian.
