Marriage of Mateusz Wolęcki and Marianna Czaińska (1849)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Mateusz Wolęcki and Marianna Czaińska, from the Byczyna parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Byczyna, No 2, 1849
This happened in the village of Byczyna on the 21st of January, 1849, at 1 p.m. We declare, that in the presence of: Andrzej Czaiński, aged 39, a farm owner, and Wincenty Nowakowski, aged 25, the Byczyna Parish organist, both are residing in Byczyna, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Mateusz Wolęcki, aged 36, a widower, a farmhand residing in Pilichowo, his previous wife Marianna died on the 21st of November, 1848,
and Marianna Czaińska, aged 30, single, a worker in the village of Byczyna, the daughter of the deceased couple Jan, a laborer, and Zofia Czaiński nee Kamińska – both died in Głębokie – Grand Duchy of Poznań, born in the village of Witowice – Ostrowo Parish – Grand Duchy of Poznań.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Byczyna Parish, on the 7th, 14th, and 21st of January, 1849. Oral consent was given by the families who were present for the wedding and no impediments arose. No prenuptial agreement was made by the newlyweds. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
