Death of Marcin Pietrasiak (1809)

This is my translation of the Polish language Death record of Marcin Pietrasiak, from the Połajewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Połajewo, 1809, No. 22,

On the 29th of September, 1809, before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Połajewo, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Połajewo, Bydgoszcz County, Brześć Province, Łukasz Pietrasiak appeared, the father of the deceased; along with Franciszek Malicki, a neighbor of the deceased, and stated that on the 28th of September, 1809, at 6 a.m., Marcin Pietrasiak, aged 10, died in house #13. He resided in the village of Połajewo and was the son of Łukasz and Krystyna Pietrasiak. After which this Death Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
