Marriage of Teodor Grzelak and Katarzyna Walczak (1853)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Teodor Grzelak and Katarzyna Walczak nee Nowak, from the Radziejów parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Radziejów, No. 7, 1853,
This happened in the town of Radziejów, on the 7th of February, 1853, at 12 p.m. We declare in the presence of: Andrzej Wojciechowski, aged 65, a laborer residing in Radziejów, and Paweł Grzelak, aged 28, a farm owner residing in Kolonia Opatowice, the son of the groom, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Teodor Grzelak, aged 46, a widower, a laborer residing in the Kolonia Opatowice, the son of the late couple Andrzej and Marianna Grzelak nee Król, born in the village Opatowice, his previous wife Marianna nee Wieleńska died in Kolonia Opatowice on the 31st of August, 1852,
and Katarzyna Walczak nee Nowak, aged 40, a widow, a laborer in Radziejów, the daughter of the deceased couple Wojciech and Wiktoria Nowak, born in the village of Wróble – Grand Duchy of Poznań, her previous husband Kasper Walczak died in Radziejów on the 21st of August, 1851.
Three announcements preceded this marriage. The banns were read, at the Radziejów parish church, on the 30th of January, and the 6th of February, 1853, along with an announcement by the Administrator of the Kujawa-Kalisz Diocese. No impediment occurred and no prenuptial agreement was made between the newlyweds. This document, after being read aloud to the witnesses and the newlyweds, was signed by the presiding pastor.
