Death of Marianna Grzelak (1827)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Marianna Grzelak nee Chełmicka, from the Radziejów parish.

Opatowice, No. 49, 1827

This occurred in the town of Radziejów, on the 10th of September, 1827, at 12 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Jakub Grzelak, aged 40, a farm owner, and Teodor Grzelak, aged 25, a farmhand, both are the sons of the deceased and are residing in the village of Opatowice, stating that on the 9th of September, 1827, at 7 p.m., Marianna Grzelak, aged 60, a widow, died. She was laborer residing in Opatowice, where she was also born. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Marianna Grzelak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
