This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Wincenty Nadzieja, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On March 25th, 1804, I, Rev. Tadeusz Czajkowski, Pastor of the Broniewo Parish, baptized the infant named Wincenty. The parents were Piotr and Jadwiga Nadzieja, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Kazimierz Starybrat and Marianna Motylewska.
