Death of Michał Kacprzak (1848)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Michał Kacprzak, from the Osięciny Parish.

Bełszewo, No. 38, 1848

This occurred in the town of Osięciny, on the 7th of August, 1848, at 11 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Adam Czałpiński, aged 37, and Jan Szewczak, aged 50, both are laborers residing in Bełszewo, and stated that on the 5th of August, 1848, at 12 p.m., Michał Kacprzak, aged 4, died. He was the son of Stanisław, a steward, and Marianna Kacprzak, who reside in Bełszewo. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Michał Kacprzak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
