Death of Piotr Wojciechowski (1830)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Piotr Wojciechowski alias Woytaszak, from the Skulsk Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Popielewo, No. 67, 1830

This occurred in the town of Skulsk, on the 26th of June, 1830, at 12 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Wojciech Wojciechowski, aged 40, a farmer residing in Popielewo, and Stanisław Michalak, aged 28, a farmhand residing in Popielewo, and stated that in the village of Popielewo, on the 24th of June, 1830, at 10 a.m., Piotr Wojciechowski, aged 4, died. He was the son of Franciszek and Marianna Wojciechowski nee Michalak, who are farm owners residing in Popielewo. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Piotr Wojciechowski, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
