Baptism of Piotr Wojciechowski (1824)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Piotr Wojciechowski alias Woytaszak, from the Skulsk parish.

Skulsk, No. 125, 1824

On the 3rd of October, 1824, at 8 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Skulsk, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the Municipality of Skulsk, Koniń District, Pyzdry County, Kalisz Province, Franciszek Wojciechowski appeared, aged 29, a tenant farmer residing in Popielewo, and showed us a male child born in the village of Popielewo, in house #6, on the 1st of October, 1824, at 10 p.m., to his lawful wife Marianna nee Michalak, aged 23. At Holy Baptism performed this day, this child was given the name Piotr. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Paweł Skubarzczewski, aged 24, a farmhand residing in Popielewo, and Stanisław Popieski, aged 29, the organist of the Skulsk Parish who resides in Skulsk. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
