This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Julianna Kowalska, from the Zakrzewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Zakrzewo, 1812, No. 32

On June 7th, 1812, I, Rev., Pastor of the Zakrzewo Parish, baptized the infant named Julianna, who was born on the 2nd of June, 1812, at 6 p.m. The parents were Michał, a villager, and Marianna Kowalski nee Jaster, the legally married couple, both are Catholic. The Godparents were: Bartłomiej Pydynkowski and Katarzyna, the wife of Jan Kanty Tuszyński, both from the village of Zakrzewo.
