This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Katarzyna Kowalska, from the Zakrzewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Potulice, 1800, No. 63

On October 25th, 1800, I, Rev., Pastor of the Zakrzewo Parish, baptized the infant named Katarzyna. The parents were Michał and Marianna Kowalski nee Haus*, the legally married couple, both are Catholic. The Godparents were: Paweł Cizma, a villager, and Marianna Russ.
