This is my translation of the German language baptismal record of Tomasz Wojciechowski, from the Sypniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On December 20th, 1857, I, Rev. Józef Kręcki, Pastor of the Sypniewo Parish, baptized the infant named Tomasz, who was born on the 18th of December, 1857, at 10 p.m. The parents were: Marcin and Magdalena Wojciechowski nee Straszyńska, the legally married couple, both are Catholics and villagers. The Godparents were: Franciszek Białczyk and Marianna Kozłowska.
