This is my translation of the German language baptismal record of Jan Kobs, from the Złotów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Blękwit, 1842, No. 11

On January 15th, 1842, I, Rev. Zeller, Pastor of the Złotów Parish, baptized the infant named Jan, who was born on the 12th of January, 1842, at 8 a.m. The parents were Andrzej, who is a farmer, and Antonina Kops nee Kowalska, the legally married couple, who are both Catholic. The Godparents were: Szymon Włoszczyński, a farmer, and Justina Jeszka.
