This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Marianna Jukowska nee Przybysz, from the Kościelna Wieś Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Lekarzewice, No. 67, 1868
This occurred in the village of Kościelna Wieś, on the 19th/31st of December, 1868, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Józef Borucki, aged 35, a farmer residing in Lekarzewice, and Piotr Pieczkowski, aged 47, a farmer residing in Lekarzewice, and stated that on the 17th/29th of December, 1868, at 11 p.m., Marianna Jukowska, aged 40, died. She resided in the village of Lekarzewice. She was the widow of Franciszek Jukowski. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Marianna Jukowska, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
