This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Antonina Kwiatkowska nee Przybysz, from the Sędzin Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Sędzin, No. 14, 1857
This occurred in the village of Sędzin, on the 5th of March, 1857, at 9 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Paweł Kwiatkowski, aged 25, a farm hand, and Łukasz Juszczyński, aged 30, a farm hand, both are residing in Sędzin, and stated that on the 2nd of March, 1857, at 12 a.m., Antonina Kwiatkowska, aged 30, died. She resided in the Sędzin Folwark. She was born in the village of Nagorki. Her parents names are unknown. She leaves behind her husband Paweł Kwiatkowski. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Antonina Kwiatkowska, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
