Marriage of Paweł Kwiatkowski and Antonina Przybysz (1851)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Paweł Kwiatkowski and Antonina Przybysz, from the Broniewo parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Szóstka, No. 1, 1851

This happened in the village of Broniewo on the 19th of January, 1851, at 1 p.m. We declare, that in the presence of: Mateusz Wiśniewski, aged 43, a farm owner, and Szymon Wosk, aged 60, a tenant farmer, both are residing in Szóstka, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:

Paweł Kwiatkowski, aged 19, single, a farm hand residing in Broniewo, the son of the deceased Sebastian and his widow Agnieszka Kwiatkowski, born in the village of Góra,

and Antonina Przybysz, aged 21, single, an attendant residing in Szóstka, the daughter of the deceased couple Wincenty and Marianna Przybysz nee Żywiczka, born in the village of Piołonowo.

The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, one reading at the Broniewo Parish church, on the 29th of December, 1850, and the 5th and 12th of January, 1851. Oral consent was given by the families who were present for the wedding and no impediments arose. No prenuptial agreement was made by the newlyweds. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
