Marriage of Walenty Przybysz and Weronika Biniecka (1846)
Hello,
This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Walenty Przybysz and Weronika Biniecka, from the Kościelna Wieś parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Pocierzyn, No.10, 1846,
This happened in the village of Kościelna Wieś, on the 14th of September, 1846, at 1 p.m. We declare in the presence of: Marcin Makowski, aged 40, a shepherd, and Andrzej Lewandowski, aged 40, a farm hand, both residing in Pocierzyn, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Walenty Przybysz, aged 31, single, a shepherd residing in Pocierzyn, the son of Wincenty and the deceased Marianna Przybysz nee Żywiczka, born in the village of Milżyn,
and Weronika Biniecka, aged 24, single, an attendant residing in Pocierzyn, the daughter of the late couple Wojciech and Marianna Biniecki, born in the village of Piotrków.
Three announcements preceded this marriage. The banns were read, at the Kościelna Wieś parish church on the 12th, 19th, and 26th of July, 1846. No impediment occurred and no prenuptial agreement was made between the newlyweds. This document, after being read aloud to the witnesses and the newlyweds, was signed by the presiding pastor.
Rev. Feliks Żmijewski, Pastor of the Kościelna Wieś Parish and Civil Registrar.
Best Regards,
