Baptism of Wojciech Przybysz (1811)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Wojciech Przybysz, from the Kłobia Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Kłobia, 1811

On the 30th of March, 1811, at 10 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Kłobia, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Kłobia, Breść County, Bydgoszcz Department, Wincenty Przybysz, aged 35, a shepherd residing in the village of Kłobia, and presented Us a male child, which was born in his home – house #3, on the 29th of March, 1811, at 11 p.m., to his lawful wife Marianna nee Żywiczka, aged 25. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Wojciech Izydor. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Wojciech Matusiak, aged 33, a farm owner residing in Sieroszewo? – Gmina Choceń – Powiat Kowal, and Grzegorz Kostrzewa, aged 36, a shepherd residing in Redecz Kalny – Gmina Lubraniec. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
