Death of Paweł Żywica (1889)

This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Paweł Żywica, from the Byczyna Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Bieganowo, No. 50, 1889
This occurred in the village of Byczyna, on the 23rd of October/4th of November, 1889, at 3 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Wojciech Kocent, aged 36, and Michał Kurtys, aged 27, both are farmers residing in Byczyna, and stated that in the village of Bieganowo, on the 22nd of October/3rd of November, 1889, at 7 p.m., Paweł Żywica, aged 73, died. He was a peasant farmer residing in Bieganowo. He was born in the village of Papros – Grand Duchy of Poznań. He leaves behind his widow Tekla nee Kozińska. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Paweł Żywica, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
