Marriage of Andrzej Sucharski and Kunegunda Raszka nee Żywiczka (1854)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Andrzej Sucharski and Kunegunda Raszka nee Żywiczka, from the Byczyna parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Ulomie, No 8, 1854
This happened in the village of Byczyna on the 15th of February, 1854, at 11 a.m. We declare, that in the presence of: Bartłomiej Nowak, aged 30, a farm owner residing in Ułomie, and Antoni Bruzdzieński, aged 30, residing in Ułomie, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Andrzej Sucharski, aged 29, a farm hand residing in Papros, the son of Adam and Marianna Sucharski nee Wesołowska – farm owners residing in Papros, born in the village of Płonkówo – Grand Duchy of Poznań,
and Kunegunda Raszka nee Żywiczka, aged 32, a widow, a farm owner residing in Ułomie, her previous husband Józef Raszka died on the 15th of April, 1853, in the village of Ułomie, the daughter of the deceased Tomasz and his widow Katarzyna Żywiczka, born in the village of Papros.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Byczyna and Pieranie Parishes, on the 8th, 15th, and 22nd of January, 1854. Oral consent was given by the families who were present for the wedding and no impediments arose. No prenuptial agreement was made by the newlyweds. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
