This is my translation of the Latin language Death record of Ignacy Żywiczka, from the Pieranie Parish.

On the 11th of October, 1820, at 11 a.m., in house #2, Ignacy Żywiczka, aged 6, died. He was the son of Tomasz and Katarzyna Żywiczka nee Kocent. He was buried in the Pieranie cemetery, on the 13th of October, 1820.
